Idyllic corner for its absolute tranquility, easy access, surrounded by pure nature where you can enjoy the 4 seasons of the year. In its surroundings, you can enjoy a multitude of activities. The dimensions of the house allow for great comfort and spaciousness. Our desire is for all guests to feel comfortable like at home. • Location of the house: The house, Can Torrent Vell, is located in the heart of the village of Rocabruna, which belongs to the municipality of Camprodon (Girona, Spain). The town of Rocabruna is located in an idyllic corner for its tranquility. • Exterior of the house: It is a rural house rebuilt between the years 1976-1978, using the same stones from the old one and preserving the same perimeter. The originality of it is that it maintains a symbiosis between the past and the present. A proof of this is the stone staircase at the entrance to the house. • Interior of the house: The house has five bedrooms and can accommodate 10 people plus 2 additional beds. It is distributed on three levels: On the first level we find a large space divided into two sectors: in one is the garage, in the other a game room with a ping-pong table, a pool table, and other games that can also be played in different rooms of the house. On the second level there is a large kitchen with a fireplace, a spacious room consisting of a dining room, a living room, and with a spacious and cozy fireplace, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a staircase that leads to the third level and a splendid terrace from which you can admire the Castle and the surroundings. On the third level we can observe a cozy distributor that provides access to three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The five bedrooms are distributed as follows: • 3 double beds. • 2 double rooms, that is, 4 beds. • 2 extra beds if needed. There are two extra beds available if needed and a crib for babies. Pets are allowed. • Spaces surrounding the house: At the entrance there is a garden area where you can enjoy the barbecue. The rest of the space is a green area of ​​approximately 650 m2. • Annual seasons The difference in seasons arises from changes in temperature and vegetation. Spring stands out for the greenness of the meadows with abundant flowers and flowering trees. Painters, true observers of color, transport it to their paintings. In summer, we enjoy a very pleasant temperature that allows us to walk, socialize without feeling overwhelmed, swim, go hiking, and engage in many outdoor activities. Autumn is the season for photography lovers. The landscape is dyed with unexpected colorful leaves and small creatures appear, the mushrooms highly appreciated in the kitchen. In winter, the cold makes its presence, but we enjoy peace, tranquility, and intimacy in front of the fireplace without giving up the pleasure that snow provides us.
