The villa has air conditioning, a private tennis court, a swimming pool, and a large 3000 m2 garden that surrounds the house with a barbecue, picnic tables, chairs, and loungers. The area is very peaceful, but just a step away from the beach and the boulevard of Sitges. There is plenty of space to eat both inside and outside with a group of 20 people. The garden is so big that children can play and shout around the pool, but you won't hear them if you are relaxing in another part of the garden. The villa consists of 8 bedrooms, some with a bathroom and others with a shower. All with built-in wardrobes and several of them with space for an armchair and an additional sofa bed. The 7 bathrooms have been completely renovated. Just like the fully equipped kitchen that has a marble work surface, an electric stove, hood and kitchen, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and a breakfast bar. While cooking, you can keep an eye on the children thanks to the large window overlooking the garden. Decorated with antique and new furniture, which will make you feel at home.
