La Casa Vella del Pantà

The Old House of the Dam, from 1905, had been the control center of the dam. It is a house with a barbecue, garden, close to the dam and with all the amenities. Located between the beaches of Cambrils and Priorat. It is planned to make a rural hotel ****, so the rooms are very spacious and with beautiful views of the sea and the lake. The farmhouse was restored in 2013-2013 according to ecological and sustainability criteria. We have now opened the upper floor as a rural house with 5 double rooms (one family room with 4 beds) each with its large bathroom and bathtub, and 2 lofts with 2 beds in each, living room, American kitchen and a large patio with a relaxation area with sofas and tables among mandarin trees and a barbecue area with a table for dining and shade. Total 10 adults + 6 children, total 16 places. For June 2015, we will open 2 rooms with an additional bathroom. Total 20 places (14 Adults + 6 children). The property has 4 hectares and you can also swim in the reservoir, there is private access from the house. The pool is small, measuring 3x3 meters and 90 cm in height, it is an outdoor jacuzzi type.
