An apartment with views of Mercadal Square, the heart of the capital of Noguera, a region in Lleida that welcomes the Pyrenees. This apartment is located in Mercadal Square (the largest covered square in Catalonia) and has excellent views of it... and of the medieval walls. Up to six people can sleep in El 3 de l'Holandès, which offers all the comforts and privacy of a self-catering accommodation. The minimum stay for this accommodation is two nights. The apartment has a floor area of about 75 square meters. There are 3 bedrooms where you can sleep: one double bedroom, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a sofa bed in the dining room that easily converts into a single bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, dishes, utensils, etc.). The living-dining room has a balcony overlooking the square and allows you to enjoy the illuminated medieval wall at night. This accommodation, located on the third floor without an elevator, has luxury amenities such as WiFi, a flat-screen TV, heating, air conditioning, and a colonial fan in the double bedroom. Part of the furniture comes from Dutch markets and is mixed with new designer furniture: the floor is inspired by antique hydraulic tiles and we have restored the wooden beams of the ceiling, creating a truly unique and special touch to your holiday destination.
