Cal Xicot

The rural tourism house of Cal Xicot is an old farmhouse with capacity for 11 people. Currently renovated and restored, the house preserves the original architectural structure. The property is located at the bottom of the volcanic valley of Begudà, within the Natural Park of the Volcanic Zone of La Garrotxa, surrounded by meadows, forests, rivers and volcanoes. In front of the house stands the restored old courtyard where you can eat outdoors, always surrounded by a natural spectacle and unique tranquility. Very close by, the cabin of the house is equipped with a barbecue and various garden tools. Finally, located twenty meters from the house, you will find the private swimming pool of the establishment surrounded by fruit trees. The interior of the house is divided into 3 floors. The semi-basement where you can enjoy an extensive game room with foosball, table tennis and billiards. On the first floor there is a hall with tourist information, a living room with a fireplace, a 42-inch TV, Playstation 3 with games and movies of all kinds. The dining room is spacious and has direct access to the kitchen and a toilet. Finally, on the third floor we will find two complete bathrooms with a bathtub, two double bedrooms and one quadruple bedroom. To reach the total of 11 places in the house, a sofa bed in the living room and an extra bed are used.
