Cal Xic

Cal Xic is a farmhouse dating back to the year 1755. After several renovations and activities, it currently functions as a rural accommodation. It is located near the town of Castell de l'areny, a small village in the high Berguedà region with a lot of charm and well-maintained. An environment of large forests and meadows makes Cal Xic the ideal place to enjoy tranquility and nature. The farmhouse offers 10 rooms, all with bathrooms, a large multipurpose living room for various activities, rest, meetings, celebrations, workshops, companies, etc. On the side, there is a large kitchen-dining room and a game room with ping pong and foosball. In the garden, there is a tent with tables and chairs for outdoor dining and a large barbecue with a porch. The house is surrounded by large natural spaces. There is also a swimming pool, ideal for refreshing in the summer.
