Message from the owner
The origins of the Old Benifallet Station date back to the beginning of the last century when the project to build the Val de Zafán railway line, which aimed to connect La Pobla d'Hijar with Tortosa, began. Two closures of the line, unfinished sections, and the great Battle of the Ebro are just some of the episodes that write and tell the history of the Via and the Benifallet Station, direct witnesses of a continuous flow of life in the mid-20th century. It wasn't until 1973, with the collapse of Tunnel 28, that the dreams of the Via were buried, causing the progressive oblivion of the Station. Almost 40 years later, and with the old railway line converted into a Greenway, the Benifallet Station is reborn. Rehabilitated, and with accommodation and catering services, it returns to new times to give life to new stories. The guesthouse has 4 rooms that are designed to achieve maximum comfort within the simplicity of the space, isolated from the central group of buildings and integrated into the surroundings. Double rooms with full bathroom and air conditioning so you can rest during your stay. Welcome to the Old Benifallet Station.
