7 de La Re-Factoria is a house located in the center of Vila-rodona. Many of the elements that make up the furniture and decoration have been made with recycled materials, with restored pieces and taking into account respect for the environment. The ground floor has a multipurpose room and a full bathroom. This room can be converted into a double room, according to the needs of the group. It is oriented towards the realization of workshops and creative activities, in addition to having information to plan the activities, routes, and outings that guests want to do during their stay. On this same floor, we have a small workshop that has the necessary tools for the preparation of bicycles. The equipment has been made with recycled pallets. It has materials for bike maintenance and a repair stand. The garage can accommodate up to 8 bicycles. On the first floor there are three connected spaces: the dining room, with capacity for 10 people; the living room and a corner dedicated to music. The furniture is rustic and the pieces have been restored. There is also the kitchen, fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and the necessary utensils for cooking. The second floor has a full bathroom and three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are double with windows to the outside. The third is an interior room with a single bed. Each room is decorated with inspiring will: the Earth room is dedicated to the earth and aims to open a window to the closest landscape: the cultivation of the vineyard, the possibility of discovering a cellar, wine pairing and tastings. The River room: is the one that brings us closer to the river, a discreet protagonist in the life of the village and a source of biodiversity. It has the particularity that its bed can be double or transformed into two single beds. All the furniture is made with reused pallets. The last one is the Sun room: oriented towards a children's audience and decorated with elements that evoke games and toys from yesterday and today. The third floor has a Chill Out area, a terrace and the Moon room, with a single bed and a window overlooking the terrace and the medieval castle that presides over the town. On the terrace, we have installed an urban garden where you can harvest seasonal vegetables. In addition to having a barbecue, chairs, and a table to enjoy an outdoor lunch and taste a typical calçotada (in season). We have reserved a service area with a washing machine, tools for urban gardening, and various materials for conducting horticulture workshops.
