La Vall de Gavarresa

The farmhouse La Vall de Gavarresa dates back to the 14th-15th century. It has always been inhabited and therefore has undergone continuous renovations over the years. Recently, the old attic has been restored to convert it into an independent apartment from the rest of the house. The ground floor is occupied by the owners. As the name indicates, the farmhouse is located at the bottom of the valley of the Gavarresa river, which is a tributary of the Llobregat river. The house is surrounded by a forest of white pine and holm oak. It is accessed through a 2.5 km forest track. The house is next to the river, which allows visitors to enjoy a beautiful riverside forest and a spectacular meander carved into the mountain.
