The house dates back to the 17th century and has been carefully restored and equipped with all the necessary services, as it was a model building of rural architecture of that century, designed for agricultural and livestock exploitation of the time. La Torre De l'Codina produces wind, thermal, photovoltaic, and biomass energy, allowing it to be self-sufficient in 90% clean and renewable energy as it is located in the middle of an organic farming estate, at an altitude of 480 meters and in a privileged natural and landscape environment. The accommodation is renovated and fully equipped to offer you everything you need and provide you with all the necessary comfort. La Torre de l'Codina is a rural tourism house that is rented in its entirety and has a capacity for 12-15 people in 6 rooms, 3 of which are triple rooms and 3 rooms are double rooms, all with a bathroom and shower, and it uses only sustainable renewable energy. In addition, there are 2 cribs available. The house is fully equipped and has several common areas, inside which you will find a spacious living room with music equipment and television, a fully equipped dining room with a table for 15 people, a kitchen, and a fireplace for cooking. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. There is also an economical kitchen and the washing machine can be found in the pantry. There is also a baking space, which is a multipurpose room adjacent to the living room with the cistern and the 17th-century oven. It has natural light and direct access to the inner courtyard. It is a large 150m2 inner courtyard which has furniture, chairs, loungers, tables, and sun umbrellas to enjoy a pleasant stay. In addition, it has a game room: located in the old stable, the room is ideal for spending a relaxed time and playing billiards or table football. It is also worth mentioning that it has parking. La Torre de l'Codina is located on a 10-hectare estate planted with olive trees, vineyards, and cereal crops. There are also some meadows with holm oaks and vegetation typical of the Mediterranean climate.
