La Pausa Rural & Wellness

La Pausa Rural & Wellness is a rural tourism house located in the town of Santa Creu de Joglars, belonging to the municipality of Olost. The house was built in 1764, renovated in 1985 and subsequently in 2012. Its latest restoration followed the basic principles of Feng Shui, an ancient Chinese science to harmonize the habitat. The house has a capacity for 10 people, distributed in three large rooms. The services offered by the house are designed for guests to spend a few days relaxed and worry-free. The house is fully equipped, with all kinds of utensils for the kitchen and barbecue. All rooms have sheets, blankets, pillows, etc. Both the SPA area and the bathrooms have towels for all guests. La Pausa Rural & Wellness has a SPA area with unlimited access for all guests. The space is equipped with a heated hydrotherapy pool, a traditional wooden sauna for 4 people, a whirlpool bath with salts and aromas for greater relaxation, a cold water shower with foot bath and lighting system, a thermal water lounger, a massage bunk bed, a chill-out area with loungers and towels for all guests. Also, massage services and beauty treatments are offered. Do not hesitate to ask the hostess of the house any questions they may have about the house or the surroundings. We hope to see you soon. Before creating Pausa Rural & Wellness in 2012, I was able to understand and recognize how stress and its derivatives constitute an important problem for our well-being. That is why the dream and intention of creating La Pausa Rural with its Wellness center was born. A special place in a natural environment where tranquility, happiness, and well-being can be achieved. The intention is that from the moment they enter, they can leave behind their daily worries and feel how their senses gradually calm down with the decoration and elements that surround the house.
