La Fassina

In one of the most beautiful villages on the Costa Daurada, Altafulla, you will find La Fassina, an 18th-century Catalan farmhouse located 1 km from the medieval old town and 200m from the sea. It used to be a farmhouse within a rustic estate, of which 5500m2 are currently preserved. La Fassina has been restored on several occasions, always respecting the original facades from that time. The interiors, in colonial style, are spacious and comfortable. The furniture is a harmonious combination of design furniture and traditional furniture from the restored house by the owners. The farmhouse is divided into two completely independent accommodations: the old farmhouse where the owners live, and the guest house that occupies part of the ground floor and the upper floors. On the first floor, of 280 m2, there are the other rooms: living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and four rooms, each with its own bathroom (three doubles and one double). The house also has two terraces; one of them, 80 m2, is semi-covered, with furniture and views of the garden. On the second floor, as an annex to the main floor, there are the 195 m2 lofts. It consists of two double rooms, two small bathrooms, and two magnificent multipurpose rooms.
