La Belladona is a typical Catalan manor house from the 17th century, fully restored and located in one of the most beautiful areas of Sils, in the region of La Selva, Girona. The house is situated within a spacious enclosed area of 6,600 square meters, with a private pool. The surroundings of the farmhouse are filled with forests, with various types of trees, cultivated fields, and a small pond that, together with the architecture of the building, give the farmhouse unique rustic characteristics. The surroundings of the farmhouse: The house is located within a large enclosed space of 6,600 square meters, with a private swimming pool measuring 6 x 12. The surroundings of the farmhouse are filled with forests, with various types of trees, cultivated fields, and a small pond that, together with the architecture of the building, give the farmhouse unique rustic characteristics in the province of Girona. The property: The 565 m² farmhouse has a maximum capacity for 32 people and is distributed over two floors: the first floor accommodates 15 people, with 4 bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The second floor accommodates 17 people with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Adjacent to the farmhouse is a large game room with billiards, foosball, and ping-pong table, also usable outdoors, decorated with carefully restored antique tools. In the attic of the upper part of the game room, there is the perfect corner for the little ones, filled with various toys. In addition to the entertainment equipment, the room has 2 refrigerators with a 70 cm wide freezer and a chest freezer, 55 m². This optional extra is available upon request, as we do not have butane gas cylinders at the farmhouse.
