El Sarté

The El Sarte farmhouse is located in the municipality of Lladurs, in the region of Solsonès, located in the Catalan pre-Pyrenees at an approximate altitude of 725 m. Situated in an area surrounded by pine forests, holm oaks and oaks, cultivated fields and the Ribera Salada, a river with clean and crystal-clear waters that invite visitors to swim. The El Sarte farmhouse is located in an ideal and privileged place to enjoy various outdoor activities and sports. At El Sarte, we provide our clients with all the information to do hiking routes, cycling routes, car routes, sports activities and cultural visits, so that they can enjoy and get to know the surroundings of the farmhouse and the region in general. Depending on the number of people who want to stay in the house, there are two possibilities: renting the El Sarte farmhouse, with a capacity of 7 people, or renting the El Sarte farmhouse plus the Cobert, with a capacity of 11 people. The option to rent the house for 11 people is only possible from May to October. It is not possible in winter. The El Sarte farmhouse is distributed with: - 3 double rooms - 1 single room - 2 full bathrooms (WC, sink, one with a bathtub and another with a shower, towels, soaps, and a hairdryer) - 1 laundry room equipped with a washing machine - 1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, and all kinds of appliances and kitchen utensils) - 1 spacious living and dining room, with a fireplace, plasma TV, DVD, sofas, tables, chairs, and an area for children's and table games. The Cobert de l'Sarte is a building attached to the farmhouse, and it is distributed with: - 1 double room - 2 single rooms - 1 full bathroom (WC, sink, shower, towels, soaps, and a hairdryer) Outside the El Sarte farmhouse, we have the following facilities, exclusively for guests: - Outdoor barbecue, equipped with firewood and charcoal. - Outdoor area with tables and chairs for resting, eating or simply enjoying the tranquility of nature. - Pool area, with approximate measurements of 6 meters long and 3 meters wide, with sun loungers and chairs for sunbathing. - We are preparing an area for a playground and sports area, which will be equipped with a ping-pong table, basketball hoop, dart game, sandbox, slide, and swings.
