Located in Cases d'Alcanar, amidst an oasis of tranquility and nature, you will find this recently renovated house to enjoy a few days with your family or group of friends. Casa Marisa is an accommodation that features a two-level dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms with bathrooms, and one triple bedroom. Outside, there is a dining area with barbecue, a seating area with sofas, a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, and 5 parking spaces. However, the minimum rental in low season is 2 nights, during holidays and long weekends it is 3 to 4 days, in June it is a minimum of 5 nights, and from July 1st to September 15th it is 7 nights, with check-in on Saturdays and check-out on Saturdays. In addition, upon arrival at the house, a deposit is required which is refundable, as well as a tourist tax and some additional charges for house amenities, such as cleaning.
