Casa del Pi

Casa de l'Pi was built in 1890 and takes its name from the monumental centenary pine tree Pi de la Planxa, 16 meters high and with a trunk diameter of 13 palms, located next to our house. The origin seems to be because a neighbor protected it with an iron plate to prevent the passing livestock from damaging it during transhumance. Casa de l'Pi borders three municipalities: on its east and north sides, with Font.rubí (Alt Penedès), to which it belongs; on its west side, with La Llacuna (Anoia); and on its south side, with Torrelles de Foix (Alt Penedès). It is a very cozy house, with very pleasant outdoor corners and oriented to the four winds. On the ground floor, it has a spacious dining room and a living room with a reading area and equipped with music and television. In front of the house, we have our vegetable garden that provides us with fresh seasonal products, as well as a chicken coop that supplies us with fresh eggs every morning. We accept dogs, as long as they are well-behaved and allow for good coexistence. We are at your disposal 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
