Casa Cal Cosme

Cal Cosme is an 18th century farmhouse located in the middle of an agricultural, livestock and forestry exploitation at the foot of the Capolat mountain and in the municipality of Espunyola, 12 km from Berga. Surrounded by fields and forests, it is a restored and fully equipped house. Its eight rooms have a bathroom. It consists of two living rooms, one of them with a fireplace and dining room. The house is fully equipped with all appliances: two refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, two televisions... In addition, it has heating and Wi-Fi connection. Outside, you can enjoy a 50 m2 porch with barbecue, foosball, ping-pong table, basketball hoop and a sandbox.
