Casa Astasia

Casa Astasia located in the Pyrenees of Lleida used to be the old village school of Montcortès de Pallars. Currently dedicated to rural tourism, it has been completely restored with local stone and wood while preserving its old structure. The house consists of a garage for two cars at street level and two floors of living space. The first floor has a full bathroom, dining room, and living room with television, sofas, fireplace, and balcony with great views. The kitchen is separate and very large, fully equipped with tables and chairs for dining and windows with views. We access the upper floor through an interior oak wood staircase where there are three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and a balcony with great views of a very natural mountain valley. They also have a large wardrobe. The third bedroom has two single beds with a wardrobe, window, and views. Finally, on this floor, there is a full bathroom with a bathtub. The house is made with high-quality materials, the ceilings are all made of local wood, and the top floor has oak wood flooring. It has internet with wifi in all rooms, electric heating at the desired temperature in all rooms. It is worth mentioning that the house has great views. This year, the courtyard behind the house has been restored and a barbecue area has been created. It is an outdoor space of 90 square meters, completely enclosed, where children can play and enjoy. It is very pleasant for outdoor meals and was inaugurated at the end of June. The floor is made of stone slabs, giving it a beautiful and rustic look.
