Can Vall

Can Vall is a charming stone and wood house built in 2006 in the Ceretan style, with all amenities and WiFi throughout the house. On the ground floor, there is the dining room - living room with flat-screen TV and DVD player, fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine). On the next floor, there is a master suite with a double bed (1350x200) with a balcony and direct access to a full bathroom. There are also two double bedrooms and another bathroom with a large shower. On the top floor, there are spacious attic rooms with a double bed and flat-screen TV, fur carpets, a very romantic atmosphere, and a stove with a simulated fire. Fully equipped kitchen included. Shared garden for only 4 houses, enclosed. In front of the house, there is the Santa Maria River, a stream that leads directly to the Segre River, just 150m away (cows and horses visible on the banks). Direct views of the fields and the Cadí Massif, and behind is the La Pleta Urbanization. Large heated municipal swimming pool in summer, 500m away. Very close to the Cadí tunnel, avoiding queues.
