CanSanJoan consists of 2 accommodations located near Barcelona, within an estate and framed in a privileged setting. Our rural houses offer independent accommodations for families or groups of friends to enjoy a relaxed stay in an incomparable setting, far from the stress of the city. So, enjoy a peaceful environment, the singing of birds or the sound of wind through the trees, while looking north at the views over the Montseny mountain range. Inside the property there are two independent houses, with a separation of about 100m between them. The two houses are located at the end of a private road and at a distance of 400m from the road that connects Mataró and La Roca de l'Vallès, a road with very little traffic and used by many cycling enthusiasts. The property is completely fenced, each of the two houses has its own parking space and its own covered barbecue area, both have Wi-Fi internet and are adapted for disabled people. CanSanJoan is a property of over 20,000 m2 on the mountainside, covered with a large number of pine trees, oaks, and native plants and flowers, located within the Serralada Litoral Park between Vallès and Maresme. 2 independent accommodations: Casa Gran: is a 240 m2 house, restored in 2008. It has two entrances, one in the front and another one in the barbecue area. It has air conditioning and wifi. It is adapted for disabled people and prepared to comfortably accommodate 10 people, distributed in three bedrooms with 2 single beds each and two double bedrooms. Casa Gran, although it is in the middle of nature, is very well connected, as it is 2 km away from the access to the C-60 highway that connects with the A7 motorway and the C-32. It also has railway access to Granollers (8 km) and Mataró (12 km). La Masia: it is a 130 m2 house, divided into two floors and built in 1951 according to the traditional model of Catalan farmhouse. It was completely restored in 2013. In addition, it is fully equipped to accommodate 6 people, with one double room and one quadruple room.
