Can Roca

Montiró is a small historic village from the 17th century with a current population of 15 inhabitants. Can Roca is a fully renovated village house. On the ground floor, there is a double room with an attached bathroom. The first floor consists of a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen-dining room. Going up to the second floor, there are two double rooms and a full bathroom. On the top floor, there is a room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a spacious and bright terrace where you can enjoy the surrounding landscape. The house is equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all the necessary kitchen equipment. It also has a closed garage for one car. Only weekend rentals are available throughout the year. Full weeks are only available in July and August.
