Can Martí

Can Martí is a whole rental village house, located in a quiet and rural environment, very suitable for escaping a few days from the noise of the city and all cosmopolitan crowds. The house and the area are ideal for spending a few days of rest in good company. The excellent orientation of Can Martí, to the south and sheltered from the tramontana, allows the use of the terrace or porch even during the winter season. The tranquility of the surroundings allows you to disconnect in many ways, whether it's having an appetizer in the sun while waiting for the barbecue to be ready, or simply listening to the silence with a good glass of wine in hand. The house has three floors, with heating and air conditioning as well as free Wi-Fi in all rooms. Its distribution is as follows: Ground floor at street level: Interior patio with a mini-pool and a porch with a manual brick vault, equipped with outdoor furniture. We enter the floor through a kitchen area where the barbecue is located, there is also a bathroom and at the back, a spacious living room equipped as a lounge, games and television. On this floor, the original remains have been preserved, from the old local stone walls to the manual brick vaults, with special mention to the hanging stone vault. Second floor: External stairs lead us to the terrace equipped with a table and wooden chairs. Once inside, we access a living room with a fireplace, dining area, and open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a pantry, and a bedroom with a double bed measuring 135x190cm. Third floor: Internal stairs lead us to a second bedroom also with a double bed measuring 135x190cm, a full bathroom located in the center of the floor, and on the left-hand side is the master bedroom with a double bed measuring 150x190cm. From this bedroom, we access the second terrace. It is also worth mentioning the large skylights conveniently installed to provide more brightness throughout the house, and the wooden pergolas with technical and waterproof fabric that protect and shade the two terraces. A mini-pool has recently been installed in the inner courtyard, resembling the old basins, which is ideal for taking a dip and cooling off on hot summer days. No vehicles are allowed to park inside the courtyard, so we have provided a private and nearby parking space for your convenience. We provide our guests with firewood for the fireplace and barbecue, bicycles for adults and children, as well as a crib and high chair for the little ones.
