It is located on an agricultural estate and was built entirely of stone in 1700, renovated in 2000. The house has 6 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a complete apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, and terrace. Can Jepet retains the rustic charm of the area while offering the comfort of modern amenities such as satellite TV, and WiFi internet connection. On the ground floor, the comfortable living room offers a sitting area, dining area, and a fireplace, all with views of the surrounding gardens, fields, and mountains. The bedrooms are spacious with a warm and cozy atmosphere, featuring a bathroom where you can relax with showers and hydro-massage bathtubs (jacuzzi), satellite TV, and internet connection. Surrounding the house is a landscaped area of over 1500 m2, with a swimming pool, private garden, barbecue, football field, playground, and 2 hectares of cultivated land. The spaciousness of its environments, as well as the patio, gardens and the very location of the property itself, have allowed us to hold events, celebrations, work lunches, presentations, meetings, courses, workshops, weddings, and communions.
