Cal Xinco

Cal Xinco is a village house with 4 double bedrooms and private bathroom with shower. Possibility of adding extra beds in all rooms. Capacity 8-12 people. All common areas are located on the ground floor: entrance hall, an artwork to welcome you; the kitchen, fully equipped; the dining room, a large and cozy space to gather, relax and enjoy meals with the best company; the laundry room, with the washing machine and dryer; and a shared bathroom also designed for the little ones in the house. On the ground floor you will also find the entrance to the cellar, completely restored, and access to the garden, with the swimming pool and barbecue area. From the garden you can access the terrace (50 m2), partially covered and with a relaxation area to enjoy long moments of tranquility. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, and on the second floor there are the other two, all fully furnished and with private bathroom.
