Located in a privileged location, with unique views of the center of Alt Penedès, you will find this house from 1739. A completely renovated and refurbished space to enjoy a unique stay. Cal Piu is an accommodation with a capacity of 16 people. The house has two large dining rooms with a living room, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, pantry with washing machine and dryer; and 6 double rooms with en-suite bathroom, one of them adapted for disabled guests. In addition, it has heating and air conditioning throughout the house. Outside, there is a large outdoor area with barbecue, table with benches, swimming pool for the summer, playground, ping-pong table, and ample parking. Also, by the owner, Mrs. Romagosa, a guided tour of the vineyards of the property to show the pruning, trimming, and grape harvesting work, depending on the season. During the visits, the typology of the vines, their peculiarities, the variety of each type of grape, the characteristics of the land, etc. are explained. You can also take a twenty-minute getaway to the beach or half an hour to the Montserrat Abbey, among many other places of interest that we will inform you during your stay.
