Cal Pere Pau

Cal Pere Pau is located in the neighborhood of the same name, in a rural area surrounded by vineyards, at the southern end of the municipal area of Vilafranca de Penedès, within the small nucleus of Sant Pere Molanta. It is an eighteenth-century Catalan farmhouse, of basilical type, the only one classified as of historical interest in Vilafranca de Penedès. Divided into two accommodations: the owners' on the upper floor, and the guests' on the right side of the ground floor of the farmhouse. It has a 5m X 10m swimming pool, located next to a garden with trees that provide shade and swings for children. To the west and next to a recreational area, there is an extensive vegetable garden, traditionally cultivated with seasonal vegetables. Guests have their own garden with bamboo and mimosa trees. It has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. A spacious kitchen-dining room, with a wooden beam ceiling and a large oval table, is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, restored in a rustic style and painted with natural pigments. At the other end of the room, there is a relaxation area with a fireplace, sofas, and a television, which connects to the garden through a wide opening that illuminates the entire space.
