Located in the heart of Empordà, in the village of Verges, where you can enjoy life and the different activities offered by a dynamic village, with a lot of energy and charisma. To experience Empordà, the País Petit suggests a set of outdoor activities such as: a hot air balloon experience with Globus l'Empordà, kayaking on the Ter River, horseback riding with Hípica Paguina, a jet ski experience with Jet Ski L'Escala, scuba diving with Diving Center La Sirena, boat trips with Nàutica Carreras or bike rental with Bicicletes David. Don't forget to visit the tourist village of Verges! The apartments and studios are pleasant and semi-open spaces. Escaping the hermeticism of conventional doors, half walls and curtains have been sought to separate spaces, motivated by achieving a feeling of lightness and spaciousness. Among the spaces in País Petit, you can find: La Muralla, El Campanar, El Rec del Molí, La Font Vella, and La Mota. La Muralla is a 50 m2 apartment with a terrace that can accommodate 4-5 people. El Campanar is a 40 m2 apartment with a balcony that can accommodate 4 people. Completely exterior with balconies overlooking the street. Very bright. El Rec del Molí is a 40 m2 apartment with a balcony, with a capacity for 4 people. Completely exterior with balconies overlooking the street. Very bright. La Font Vella is a 30 m2 studio with a terrace, with a capacity for 2 or 3 people. With a spacious 22 m2 terrace. La Mota is a spacious room, with access to a quiet courtyard, it is a versatile space, which has a fully equipped kitchen, a large table for sharing with 16 people, a resting area with a fireplace, TV, projector and bathroom. This room is ideal for celebrating meetings with friends, family or work.
