Message from the owner

Montanyà de Pla is a Catalan farmhouse from the 16th century consisting of a main house, where the owners live, and the Masoveria, attached to the main house, with independent entrance, completely restored and prepared for groups of up to 16 people. Located in L'Espunyola (Berguedà region), it is surrounded by cultivated fields and forests of holm oaks, oaks and pines. An environment that invites you to enjoy nature, walk, go on excursions and engage in various sports activities (paragliding, quad biking, water sports, etc.). Very well connected, halfway between Cardona, Solsona and Berga (about 15 kilometers). The house has an ideal capacity for 13 people (maximum 16 people with children, with 2 extra beds and a sofa bed). It has 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a large living room, on two floors. The rooms are distributed as follows: First floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds that share a bathroom with a bathtub. 1 suite bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Second floor: 1 suite bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. 1 triple bedroom with one single bed and a double bed of 1.20 m and 1 bedroom with a double bed that share a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine (optional). 2 TVs. Enclosed garden with barbecue, a play area with a trampoline and table tennis. Enclosed swimming pool with sun loungers. Chapel for celebrations. *We recommend excursions to the Baells reservoirs, Llosa de el Cavall and Sant Ponç. Skiing in Port de Comte.
