Casa Fontanals is located in the heart of Alt Penedès. It is a farmhouse surrounded by vineyards on the Fontanals estate, a quiet, comfortable and relaxing place, ideal for children. The house was built in 1928 and renovated in 1985, converted into a Rural Tourism establishment (registered in the Tourism Register of Catalonia with number PB-000.466 - Masoveria modality). It is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor we find a large garage for 4 cars, a game room with a pool table and a toilet. On the first floor there is a large living-dining room, a spacious kitchen with a laundry and ironing room, a bathroom, a toilet, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and a 70 square meter terrace with a wooden porch from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Penedès. The second floor is distributed in: 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom, 1 bathroom and a solarium. Casa Fontanals is located in an ideal place for walks, on foot or by bicycle. The house has a large garden, where we have the barbecue, next to a large outdoor dining room and sofa area, all under a large porch, to take advantage of rainy days.
