Casa Bortomico

Casa Bortomico is a completely restored and conditioned old Catalan farmhouse with all the comforts and services of our days, respecting the traditional architecture. It is located within the Natural Park of Alt Pirineu, one of the largest parks in terms of extension and with a great variety of flora and wild fauna. The house consists of 2 apartments for 4 people in the middle of nature. It is located in an ideal enclave, within the village with all services within reach but at the same time in a very quiet area. We are also 30 km from Andorra, through a mountain road with spectacular valley views. We are also located at the foot of impressive mountains, the highest peak in Catalonia, La Pica d'Estats, at an altitude of 3140 m, as well as others such as Sotllo, Monteixo, Salòria, Pic de Noris, etc. There is a whole area of black and red pine forests, highly visited for the collection of mushrooms of varied selection, such as rovellons or rovelló, ceps, múrgules, fredolics, etc. In the Virós forest, there is the Virós Vallferrera Nordic ski resort, just 5 km from our house, and 20 km away there are ski resorts such as Portainé, Espot, Tavascan, and 30 km away is Baqueira.
