The rural house consists of two independent apartments: The first apartment has 38 m2, a double bedroom (1'40 x 1'90), living-dining room with American kitchen, bathroom with shower tray, and capacity for 2-4 people. The apartment is ideal for 2 people but there is the possibility of converting a sofa into a sofa bed to accommodate 4 people. The second apartment has 65 m2, two double bedrooms, a large living-dining room with American kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, balcony, and capacity for 4-5 people. The apartment is ideal for 4 people (family, two couples, group of friends), with the possibility of placing a fifth bed in a large 14m2 room. The bed sizes are for 2 people (1'40x1'90) and 3 beds (1'90 x 0'90) for two or three people. The equipment of both apartments consists of television, radio, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, kitchen with electric hobs, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and vacuum cleaner. Both apartments are rented throughout the year, both for full weeks and weekends and holidays. Animals are prohibited, welcomed by the owner, shared garden.
