Can Rovira

Can Rovira de Fogars is a farmhouse built in 1777 and renovated in 2016. Located in an impressive natural environment in the Montseny Natural Park, the farmhouse is surrounded by forests on a private estate of 46 hectares. It offers wonderful views, natural springs, the Can Viada pond, chestnut and oak forests. It is only 20 minutes from Sant Celoni and has access suitable for all types of vehicles. The house has a capacity for 6 people and has two bedrooms, one double and one quadruple. It has a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet with a shower. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are on the ground floor, next to the fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, refrigerator, and all the necessary equipment for cooking and eating. Oil, salt, sugar, coffee, garbage bags, aluminum foil, towels, kitchen paper, etc. are also provided. The entire house has heating and all windows have mosquito nets. Outside, there is a porch, a 4.88-meter diameter tubular pool with a height of 120 cm (available during the summer season), a barbecue, sofas, outdoor table and chairs, all surrounded by unique views. The outdoor area is enclosed by a fence to prevent animals from escaping from the garden. Our animals live on the farmhouse: dogs, cats, chickens, ponies, and a donkey. Pets are allowed, but respect for those who live in Can Rovira is requested.
