Can Illa

Can Illa is a farmhouse residence located 4 km after Molló towards Coll d'Ares. The house is a typical farmhouse style with over 500 years of history. It is located on a livestock farm on the outskirts of the village of Molló. It consists of the following: kitchen, three double rooms, and three triple rooms, and a living room. Handcrafted sausages are offered. The house can be rented in its entirety as it offers services for groups and families. In a charming environment: surrounded by meadows, fields, rivers, pine forests, and all kinds of Pyrenean flora that make this landscape one of the most dreamed of by those who want to enjoy a bit of peace and tranquility. The Can Illa farmhouse has a ground floor and two floors with the rooms. There is the possibility of renting the entire farmhouse or individual rooms (price per person/room). On the ground floor, there is the dining room, which has a table for 20 diners, sofas, and a TV. On the same floor, there are two fully equipped kitchens (microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, etc.) and just in front of the entrance, we will find the terrace with a barbecue, table, benches, and a bathroom. The first floor is prepared with 3 quadruple rooms (two double beds), one triple room (three single beds), 2 double rooms (one double bed), and a terrace with panoramic views. On the second floor, there is 1 double room (one double bed) and one triple room (one double bed plus one single bed), each with its own bathroom. In addition to the rooms, on this floor, you will find a large living room equipped with a table, chairs, sofas, TV, and fireplace. In total, the farmhouse has a capacity of 22-24 people. Additional services: Parking area, pets allowed, heating, information about the area, and free WiFi. Breakfast and dinner are served (with homemade farm products). Feeding the animals is not available. In July and August, the rental is by rooms.
