Cal Salvans is a cozy village house with very spacious rooms. It is located in the center of Avià, a village with 2,200 inhabitants, situated 5 minutes from Berga, the capital of the region. On the ground floor there is a garden, parking area, kitchen-dining room with direct access to the garden, bathroom, game area with billiards and ping-pong. First floor: kitchen with fireplace and sitting area, dining room, living room with TV, 2 terraces and bedrooms: 2 triple rooms (with double bed + single bed) and a suite with shower tray. Family room for 4 people (2 separate rooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed).
