Cal Riba

In the centenary farmhouse of Cal Riba, we have a 180m² house and two 50m² cottages, annexed to the main house, which we offer for your enjoyment of a few days of leisure, rest, and tranquility. We are located on the outskirts of Torrebusqueta, a small village with about 15 inhabitants, surrounded by fields of crops, vineyards, olive trees, pine, and oak forests. It is a good area for mushroom picking. The Avenc house can accommodate 8-10 people, the Ancosa cottage can accommodate 5-7 people, and the Cuitora cottage can accommodate 4-6 people. Therefore, the total capacity is 23 people. Each one has an equipped kitchen, oven or microwave, and dining room. The Ancosa cottage has a simple fireplace and hot air heating by biomass. The Cuitora cottage also has central heating by biomass. They have a full bathroom, washing machine, and hot water. You will find in the kitchen: basic cooking equipment (utensils, pots, paella pan, strainer, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.), kitchen paper, kitchen towels, sink and dishwasher soap, dishcloth, tablecloth, microwave oven with grill. In the bathroom: toilet paper, hand soap, foot towel. For sleeping: blankets, pillows, and bedspreads. Sheets and towels. There is a TV receiver in all the apartments. We have a large outdoor space with trees, terrace, built-in barbecue, and tables at your disposal to relax or engage in activities. There is also a corner with a small house for children. We can provide you with a paella pan for 12 people and a gas paella stove. Upon request, we can also set up a ping-pong table for you. We are located 50 km from Sitges beach and 1 hour from Barcelona (A-2 highway, 85 km). There is a wide variety of activities to enjoy, including marked hiking and mountain biking trails. There are several unique natural sites of outstanding beauty, such as castle and monastery ruins, Iberian settlements, unique trees, streams, and pools. You can also go horseback riding, canyoning, and hot air ballooning. El Penedès is only 10 kilometers away, so there is the possibility of doing wine tours.
