Cal Florit

Cal Florit, one of the most emblematic houses in Alt Penedès, was built between 1900 and 1913 in the modernist tradition of Gaudí and Domènech i Montaner. All the original details of the house have been carefully preserved and restored to their original state. Cal Florit consists of over 400m2 of living space, starting with a spectacular living room that features a fireplace and satellite TV. It continues with a separate kitchen with modern appliances and a dining room, two rooms with access and views to the garden. There is also a small living room and a large bathroom. The first floor has five bedrooms, each with original paintings and moldings, three with double beds, one with two single beds, and a family room that can accommodate four people. We also provide a crib for babies. Three full bathrooms and two terraces complete the floor. The second floor offers a furnished open multi-purpose loft space with sofas and carpets. A lush garden with fish ponds and palm leaves leads to a 4m x 8m swimming pool and sunbathing area. Additionally, there is a covered dining area with a barbecue scented by the blooming jasmine throughout the summer.
