Ca l'Oliva

Ca l'Oliva is a rural house with a capacity for 8 people located in the small town of Preixens (la Noguera) - Lleida, the town is completely agricultural and its lands are irrigated by the Canal d'Urgell, the municipality is located in the beautiful valley of the Riu Sió. It is a ancestral house that has existed since the 18th century, an old construction made of exposed stone. Our family has been builders for generations and our ancestors built and restored many of the houses in Preixens. Ca l'Oliva has 8 places with 4 double rooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor we have the main entrance that gives us access to the first floor. The entrance welcomes us with a Catalan hydraulic tile hallway that also serves as a distributor for the rooms and bathroom. Next, we will find the kitchen, an open space that gives access to the dining room and main living room of the house, completely sunny and with direct access to the outdoor pool. In the dining room we have a TV and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and much more. We also have a laundry room, where you will find the washing machine and other utensils such as the ironing table and iron. Outside, next to the pool, we have restored an old vaulted cabin, which now serves as a chill out area. The house has free internet connection.
