Apartaments Alzina

This is a great small apartment that with lots of potential but it wants some loving care. It is located in a village with no shop and few bars or restaurants. In our three days there was a single bar/restaurant open on one day only. There is therefore a need for functional cooking facilities because self-catering is essential. Regrettably the cooking facilities were poor and there were many niggling defects. Likes: Location, basic layout of apartment, view, convenience, comfy bed, motorcycle parking Dislikes: Cooking facilities, kitchen equipment and crockery, cleanliness, leaking kitchen sink, no plug in bathroom sink, leaking roof in rain, leaking radiators, nowhere to hang clothes, no instructions, no information of any kind about area Recommendations: Please clean the apartment, get rid of cobwebs in lights and bathroom and clean under sofa cushions. Clean the kitchen utensils, the grater and juicer were filthy and we had to wash other items before use. Fix leaking radiators and leaking roof. Replace non-functioning microwave and provide instructions, fix extractor so it does not interfere with cupboard. Seal kitchen sink so it does not drip into cupboard, supply plug for bathroom sink. Provide a useful set of kitchen utensils and crockery – for example there is a whisk but no bowl in which to use it, the frying pans are distorted and do not heat properly on the hob, there are lots of plates but no promised coffee maker, no bowl to make a salad and only two mugs which do not match. Finally sort the outside. The entrance is decorated with dead plants and weeds, the paving is slippy in the wet and the gate is broken. Use of the garden is uncertain and interferes with the privacy of the lower floor apartment users.

Beautiful, clean and cosy cabins. The host was very friendly and helpful. The location is stunning and perfect for relaxing and hiking.

Perfect and peaceful location, great ammenities and space-comfort.

In general everything very good. Some details: you can hear the other apartments A LOT, there is a generator/motor that makes a lot of noise, one of the stoves does not work, the sliding bathroom door is a bit difficult to move. We miss a little more lighting in the living room and a broom/mop
