In Pla de l'Estany, you will find this 19th-century Catalan rural farmhouse. A charming rural house located in a privileged natural setting in Vilavenut, just 10 minutes from Banyoles (Girona). Designed for families to enjoy at all times. Les Planeses is a rural house distributed over two floors with two accommodations: Planeses I and Planeses II, each with a capacity of 11 people. On the ground floor of each house, we find open spaces with fully equipped kitchens, dining rooms with large tables for 11 people, and living rooms with comfortable sofas, a large TV, and a fireplace with firewood. Also on the ground floor, there is a fully adapted bathroom for people with reduced mobility, a room for two people, and a utility room. On the first floor of each house, we find a double room, a triple room, a room with a double bed, and two spacious and complete bathrooms. A notable feature is that the two houses are internally connected by a common dining room with a capacity for 22 people, equipped with air conditioning and direct access to the garden. The large windows of the house allow natural light to flood every room, and the careful decoration combines rustic and colonial furniture with cheerful colors and comfortable fabrics. The exterior of the farmhouse is spacious, well distributed, well maintained, and elegant. The 12-meter-long swimming pool, surrounded by a fence for children's safety, is the perfect place to cool off and enjoy the sun. Each house has its own garden and a porch with a barbecue.
