Most of the ceilings respect the original structure: wooden beams on the upper floor and Catalan vaults on the ground floor. The new ceilings are made of exposed wooden beams or excellent concrete combined with the original construction. The house is decorated with restored rustic and modern furniture and objects, all integrated into the spaces with exceptional taste. The flooring on both floors is Catalan ceramic. The house is accessed through the ground floor, through a long L-shaped corridor with Catalan vault, which crosses three habitable spaces with furniture and sofas before reaching a bathroom with shower and the pool, which is surrounded by teak wood. At this point, the upper floor is directly accessed via stairs. The first thing we see upstairs is access to a very nice and discreet terrace with a teak table and chairs, a parasol, a shower, and a well of drinking water. Next, the kitchen, decorated in a rustic style and fully equipped, has a fireplace and a table for six people, and is optimally equipped with all the necessary utensils for serving six guests. The living room, next to the kitchen, has a double sofa and another single one, as well as a coffee table and cabinets with utensils. It has a TV, WiFi internet access, and HiFi equipment. A small window and a skylight window illuminate the living room with natural light. The quadruple room is accessed from the living room. This room has a bunk bed and a double bed above the bunk bed. The second room is a double room. The bathroom on the upper floor has a bathtub and towel warmer and is located between the living room and the double room.
