Cal Comorera has been restored with the aim of providing maximum comfort while preserving its rustic charm. We began shaping the idea of ​​recovering the house and turning Cal Comorera into a rural accommodation, with two main objectives: making it comfortable and preserving its rustic character. We are aware that buildings also play an important part in our history and our lives. We have prepared Cal Comorera so that you can enjoy a small part of this little history. Cal Comorera is an independent rural accommodation (ARI) located in the town of Palouet, a small village in the Segarra region, province of Lleida, close to major towns such as Guissona, Tàrrega, Cervera, Lleida. According to the oldest documents found inside, the house dates back to 1766, although it certainly has more than 240 years of history. Segarra has 21 municipalities separated into 4 valleys (Sió, Llobregós, Ondara, and Cercavins). In addition, there are thematic routes that connect them with each other and with the towns of neighboring regions. The house is located in the main square of the village, in front of the old Romanesque church and next to a new hotel-restaurant. Its surroundings are full of nature where you can walk, relax, and enjoy the fresh air. Our house has 2 double bedrooms and 1 duplex room which has a double bed on the upper floor and 2 single beds on the lower floor, 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, a living-dining room with a balcony, a terrace with a barbecue, a reading corner, and a spacious entrance with stone arches. All rooms have a TV. Availability of year-round access to the swimming pool (please inquire). The house has internet connection. Cal Comorera is located 1 hour away from the ski slopes of Port de l'Compte.
