La Fornal dels Ferrers Hotel Gastronómico

At the hotel, you will discover four rooms that emit a charming atmosphere of well-being. Each room has its own style based on four characters from the imagination of Empordà. The walls, always plastered in the old-fashioned way, have a different plaster finish according to each character. The colors and lighting are designed more for winter and nighttime light. The rooms are decorated with original engravings by the artist Agell Sastre, winner of the Pinzell d'Or de Girona 2004 and the National Watercolor Prize 2005. The ceilings are made of wooden beams with tinted swirls using natural blue pigments. Not only the decoration (beds, bedside tables, lights...) and interior finishes are different for each room, but also the bathrooms, where each sink has been hand-pigmented.
